Blower Fan Cleaning

A blower wheel caked in dust, or a housing carrying mold growth off a wet coil, moves far less air than it was designed to. We take the assembly out, clean the wheel and the housing, and put it back.

Mold had grown across this blower housing and wheel, so we pulled the whole assembly out to the driveway, cleaned the wheel and housing, and set it back in the cabinet.

UV Light Installation

A UV-C lamp mounted inside the air handler treats air as it passes the coil, limiting the mold and bacteria growth that builds up on a wet coil in the Florida humidity. We mount and wire the lamp inside the cabinet and label it for the next technician.
