CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY — Floriduct

Floriduct strives to provide reliable, timely, and professional air duct cleaning and HVAC-related services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds for appointments booked with Floriduct (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Free Cancellation (24 Hours Notice)

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

Same-Day Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $49 same-day cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed.

No-Show or Inaccessible Property

If our technician arrives and:

  • No one is home
  • Access to the property is not available
  • The appointment cannot proceed for reasons outside our control

A trip fee may apply to cover time, travel, and lost appointment availability.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment at any time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may be treated as a cancellation and may incur a fee depending on circumstances.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time slot.

3. Deposits (If Applied)

If a deposit is required for your service:

  • Deposits are fully refundable when cancellation occurs 24+ hours before the scheduled time.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

We will always inform you clearly if a deposit is needed before confirming your booking.

4. Refund Policy for Completed Services

Because air duct cleaning and HVAC work are labor-based services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • You were charged in error
  • A duplicate payment occurred
  • A service was canceled with proper notice
  • A clear billing mistake was made

If you have concerns about the quality of the service provided, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue professionally.

5. Minimum Service Charges

Some services may have a minimum charge depending on the job type, size, or condition of the system.
This minimum charge is due once the technician arrives and begins work.

6. Weather, Safety, or Equipment Issues

Floriduct reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions
  • Technician safety concerns
  • Equipment failure
  • Situations that prevent completing the job as scheduled

In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
