Floriduct strives to provide reliable, timely, and professional air duct cleaning and HVAC-related services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds for appointments booked with Floriduct (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $49 same-day cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed.
If our technician arrives and:
A trip fee may apply to cover time, travel, and lost appointment availability.
You may reschedule an appointment at any time.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may be treated as a cancellation and may incur a fee depending on circumstances.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time slot.
If a deposit is required for your service:
We will always inform you clearly if a deposit is needed before confirming your booking.
Because air duct cleaning and HVAC work are labor-based services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed.

Some services may have a minimum charge depending on the job type, size, or condition of the system.
